Returns and Refunds Policy

I work to ensure my customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, I will be happy to return the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling).

To make a return:

• Items must be unused/unworn

• Items must still be in their original packaging

• Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear

• You must have a order number or other proof of purchase

Please note that I cannot accept returns of clearance or sale items. I also cannot accept returns of:

• Digital Downloads

• Custom Jewelry

To return a product, send the product back to 1500 S Wade Avenue Garner NC 27529 via USPS, along with proof of purchase and your details. We will send a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s). Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
